Robin Smith, Las Vegas Builder Trade In

by Builder Trade In Program Sep 11, 2019

Las Vegas saw many changes in professional baseball in 2019.  A new ballpark and new team that were both recognized with awards from naming Las Vegas Ballpark the Ballpark of the Year, as well as the Las Vegas Aviators as Team of the Year.

This is the first time in history that an organization has taken home both awards in the same year.  On August 30 these awards were recognized at a pre-game ceremony at the Las Vegas Ballpark.  After the game played by the Aviators against the Tampa Rainiers there was a fireworks show.

Kevin Reichard, publisher of Ballpark Digest, stated “After years and years of work, the Las Vegas Aviators opened Las Vegas Ballpark to wide acclaim this season.  We’re thrilled to recognize these major accomplishments in our year-end awards.  Both the ballpark and the team are completely owned by The Howard Hughes Corp, the developer of Summerlin and Downtown Summerlin.

If you own an existing home in the Las Vegas Valley and are looking for a newly built home in Summerlin contact the Smith Team – we operate the Nevada Builder Trade In Program. We work with Century Communities, Pulte Homes and Woodside Homes, as well with other builders other than our builder partners that are sitting with standing inventory and we offer similar benefits as the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program.
