NEW NEIGHBORHOOD BY RICHMOND AMERICAN ADDED IN CADENCE

The master-planned community of Cadence in Henderson has announced a new neighborhood addition to its already growing community – Sonatina by Richmond American Homes.

The neighborhood is now under construction and when completed Sonatina will have 151 two-story homes with prices starting in the upper $200,000s.  The homes will range from 1,800 to over 2,300 square feet with a base house having three bedrooms.  There are many options to customize the four floor plans – with options like lofts, up to six bedrooms and master bedroom suites.

The Lindsey floor plan offers a large great room and a standard upstairs loft that could be converted into a fourth bedroom.  Home prices start at $266,950.

Next is The Lillian floor plan with 2,000 square feet and features a spacious great room and dining room and also features a standard large upstairs master suite.  This plan starts at $276,950.

The Layla starting price is $292,950 and features a gourmet kitchen and the options of a study and loft.

The Lawson floor plan is over 2,300 square feet with a huge great room and a master suite upstairs.  There are many options available and the home plans start at $296,950.

The master-planned community of Cadence also includes other homebuilders such as CalAtlantic Homes and Woodside Homes – both building partners in the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program operated by the Smith Team through Keller Williams Las Vegas. This program is a solution for the growing segment of buyers/sellers in purchasing a newly built home contingent on the sale of their existing home.

We also work with other builders other than our builder partners that are sitting with standing inventory and we offer similar benefits as the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program. The builder partners in the program offer over 50 neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley.
