Robin Smith, Las Vegas Builder Trade In

by Builder Trade In Program Oct 03, 2018

Sarah Camarota is a busy lady.  She has been named as the new hospitality experience curator for the Las Vegas Ballpark that is under construction in Downtown Summerlin. This ball park will be the future home of the Las Vegas 51s – the minor league branch of the Oakland Athletics.

Camarota is a partner in three restaurants on the strip and an independent hospitality consultant and lives in Summerlin with her family.  She and her husband Richard started their married life in Chicago where they both were in the restaurant business.  They moved to Las Vegas in 2009 when Richard was offered a position at Sage, the fine dining restaurant in the Aria.

The couple and new-born baby were supposed to stay in Las Vegas for two years, however they quickly appreciated the quality of life they found living in Summerlin and decided to stay.  Camarota stated “It was 2009.  The economy had collapsed before our eyes.  Las Vegas was ground zero for the recession.  I was a new work-from –home mom and knew no one.”  She added living in Summerlin made life easier as she found her places and people and felt grounded.

The family recently moved to their second home in Summerlin in the Paseos where they could be near Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the many parks located in this area.  They also spend a lot of their time in Downtown Summerlin.

Camarota is very excited to contribute to the Las Vegas Ballpark and see it come to life.  As we all know Las Vegas is a unique market and it cannot be compared to other “Triple-A cities”.  We get many more tourists and people that live here expect every experience to be bigger and better than any other place.

If you own an existing home in the Las Vegas Valley and are looking for a newly built home in Summerlin contact the Smith Team – we operate the Nevada Builder Trade In Program. We also work with Beazer Homes and Century Communities, as well with other builders other than our builder partners that are sitting with standing inventory and we offer similar benefits as the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program.

Keep in mind that whether you are interested in buying a home or selling a home, a Realtor should represent you– this person is working for your benefit and will help you navigate through the buying or selling process.  I have thirteen years in New Home Sales and sixteen years in General Real Estate sales!
