Summerlin is the highest ranked master-planned community in the State of Nevada coming in at number 4 nationwide for the first half of 2019, according to a report from RCLCO, a real estate consulting firm.

As of June 30 2019, 675 new homes were sold in Summerlin, developed by the Howard Hughes Corp.  Summerlin has made the list every year since its inception and has been in the top ten for the last several years.
