HomeAid of Southern Nevada is the philanthropic and community outreach arm of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association.  They oversee many different projects to help the homeless in our community.

Pulte Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the country, has been developing neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley since 1991.  As part of their community outreach, Pulte Homes recently completed work on 8 units within an apartment complex at 497 Calcaterra Circle, located near Flamingo Road and Paradise Road.

INSPIRADA HAS NEW ROADWAY EXTENSION TO LAS VEGAS BOULEVARD

This coming Saturday, September 29, Inspirada and the city of Henderson have teamed up for an 8K activity called the Neon Ride to celebrate the completion of a roadway extension from Via Inspirada to Las Vegas Boulevard.

This fun Neon Ride is for both residents of the master-planned community of Inspirada and neighboring community members.  The pre-event celebrations begin at 5:30 p.m. at the southeast part of Aventura Park at 2525 Via Firenze.  There will be face-painting in neon colors, entertainment and complementary tastings from local food trucks – Kona Ice and Street Freeze while supplies last.  You will also be able to decorate your bikes, strollers’ scooters and wagons in neon colors for the Neon Ride that will start at 6:30 p.m.  The route will be from Aventura Park to Via Inspirada to Las Vegas Boulevard.

Toll Brothers' record shows the American housing boom has no end in sight

Unemployment keeps falling and home prices keep going up. It's a great recipe for a strong housing market.

Nothing has been able to stop the housing boom -- not even higher interest rates.

Higher rates do not seem to be an issue for prospective buyers, mainly because the job market remains strong and housing prices are rising.

CONCORD BY TOLL BROTHERS OPENING IN CADENCE ON SEPTEMBER 22

Cadence is a master-planned community located in Henderson with many neighborhoods.  Concord by Toll Brothers is one of the new neighborhoods and will open for viewing on September 22.

This new neighborhood will bring affordable luxury to the master-plan with 78 single-story homes priced from the low $400,000s.  The homes range in size from 2,064 to 2,378 square feet with up to four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and two or three-car garages.  There are four open-concept floor plans to choose from and all the home sites are on large lots that can accommodate a pool and entertainment areas.
